What are the gloves made of?
Our tough nitrile, PVC and nylon gloves offer you numerous excellent results as a hypoallergenic designed product including the ability to avoid allergenic reactions some people may experience with common rubber or latex glove products.
There is NO LATEX RUBBER or common rubber used in the manufacture of HandsOn® Gloves!
Some insect repellant liquids or sprays may contain chemicals or substances which deteriorate synthetic product components in all synthetic products produced by many manufacturers, not just our gloves; so, please read the product safety labels for your protection. Our product components generally have high resistance to chemicals, oils and punctures; this is accomplished without compromising elasticity and flexible strength. That’s the foundation of tough and durable HandsOn® Gloves!
Why am I being charged sales tax for my order?
State laws stipulate that anywhere we (HandsOn) operate with a physical presence, we are required to collect sales tax. If you’re seeing sales tax listed on your order total that means we have a HandsOn office, fulfillment center or sales representative in your state. Currently only Texas (8.25%) and Georgia (8%) residents have to pay sales tax.
When is my payment processed?
Your credit card or any other form of payment is processed at the time the order is placed.
How long does it take to get my order?
You shouldn’t have to wait to get your order! Orders placed by 5PM EST will usually ship the same day, and most of our customers receive their orders within 2-3 business days. Unforeseen events, heavy shipping seasons and remote locations may alter our shipping expectations.
How will my order be shipped?
We ship via premium carriers to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available.
Do I need to be there to sign for it?
No. If you’re not home, the driver will leave it at your door or with your door man.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. To place your order from outside the U.S. or Canada, please email us at info@handsongloves.com. An additional $10 fee per pair of gloves applies to foreign addresses outside the contingent US and Canada. For orders from Canada, please email us at info@handsongloves.com. We will be able to take your order and inform you of shipping costs, arrival date and product availability.
Can I order by phone?
Yes. Please email us your phone number at info@handsongloves.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours Monday through Friday.
How do I clean my gloves?
Simply hand wash and air dry.
What is your Return Policy?

Defective Merchandise: HandsOn Equine, LLC will replace a defective item upon inspection at our facility. Return for exchange claims must be made within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be sent prepaid freight along with your remittance of USD $5.95 shipping, handling and re-stocking fee. No Cash Refunds.

All returns for exchange must be authorized by HandsOn Equine, LLC. Returns from dealer’s customers will only be accepted upon approval from both HandsOn Equine, LLC and Dealer where item was purchased.

All returns for exchange must have a copy of the original invoice, and note with contact information and explanation for why the item(s) are being returned for exchange.
